GOD IS NOT TOO BUSY
I.
God made people because He wanted some special friends.
A.. Though we cannot see
Him, God is our Friend.
B. We can talk to God in
a special way called prayer.
C. Some people think God
is too busy for them and that He doesn't hear their prayers.
They are wrong.
II. God has good things for you to do in your
life.
A.. God made you and He knows
what makes you happy.
B. God gave you some
special friends, too - Mom and Dad.
C. He will help you be
whatever you want to be (fireman, mother, preacher, etc.).
III. God has special ways to talk to us. We can know Him by
talking to Him and learning
scriptures.
A.. Pray every day. God talks
to our hearts when we pray.
B. Come to church and hear
about Jesus. God talks to us when we learn stories from the
Bible.
C. God sent His Son, Jesus, to
this world to talk to us.

(Let the

LIVING WHAT
THEY LEARN
When the children learn truths that
apply to their everyday lives, they will begin to practice
them at home. This is
the real test of a teacher and his material. |

2. When Mommy and Daddy are too busy
to talk to you, do you think God is too busy also?
(No, God always listens.)
3. How can we know God better? (Learn from the Bible and pray.)
